I contemplate the meaning of life and better ways to serve one another.

Honor is about acting in the service of truth, justice, and equality. It is about seeking a just outcome that provides the greatest benefit to all. It’s about respecting the boundaries of others and protecting the those boundaries from those that exploit them.

Honor is about living courageously, in your truth and being fearless about who you are.

There is no honor in being a weapon which harms the innocent, the weak, the vulnerable or the indigent. Indeed, there is no way quicker path to dishonor than to strike out at the vulnerable. True honor is not gained at the gym, boxing ring or in the Octagon. It doesn’t come through boastfulness, competition or violence but by standing, silent, with watchful eye at a distance, protecting the most vulnerable among us from harm.
