A Secret Gift
Hi Friend,
You are probably here because we met in person and I gave you a card with this QR code on it. Thank you for your support. As an autistic nerd I am quite fond of tabletop games. Here are a few freely available games which you can print out at home and play for free. I hope that you give them a try and that they bring you joy!
Please note: These are games which I like and want to share with you. I am not in any way endorsed of affiliated with any of these designers, artists or projects (other than my own game at the bottom). Please don’t bother the designers of these games other than to tell them that you have played and like their game. Thank you.
Utopia Engine: Beast Hunter #
Designed by: Nick Hayes
You play as Mason the Hunter, a fugitive who has been falsely accused of murder. You are trying to gain refuge in a village for protection but the village elders require that you kill three beasts first. You have 14 days.
Each turn you must decide to either search for clues to find the terrible beasts, build towers to defend the village, build equipment, or rest to heal yourself. To win the game you must defeat all three monsters and gain the trust of the villagers so they will hide you from those hunting you.

The Harbinger Project #
Designed by: Jack Bennet @ Corvid Games
You have just been promoted to lead the newly-formed Harbinger Project – a secret collection of the top allied minds, brought together in an effort to defeat the enemy through foreknowledge of their actions. By intercepting enemy transmissions and breaking enemy codes, you will be able to make the best use of your military might against the oncoming invasion and show the enemy the true meaning of “forewarned is forearmed.”
It will be your job to decipher and break enemy codes and to use this information to maximize the efforts of your military forces. There are fourteen each of the four enemy unit types; your job is to destroy them all before they reach the Capital. If any enemy units remain after the Siege of the Capital, you lose the game. Otherwise, you win.

Black Sonata #
Designed by: John Kean
In Black Sonata you will find yourself in Shakespeare’s London, circa 1600, in pursuit of the shadowy Lady. A specially ordered deck of cards determines her hidden movements from place to place.
You must deduce her location and then intercept her to catch a glimpse and gain a clue to her identity. You will need several clues to deduce her identity, but with each clue gained the Lady becomes harder to track. Black Sonata combines hidden movement and logical deduction into a unique solitaire steeped in literary history.
